Experience the true heart of Kenyan culture – through its food and people.

Step into a local Kenyan home and spend the day learning how to prepare beloved traditional meals from scratch. This intimate cooking experience invites you to connect deeply with Kenyan hospitality, culture, and flavor; all in a beautiful countryside farmhouse hosted by a welcoming local family.

Guided by your host, you’ll explore fresh local ingredients, learn treasured cooking techniques passed down through generations, and discover the stories behind the meals. Whether it’s kneading soft chapatis, slow-cooking rich beef stew, or preparing vibrant kachumbari and sukuma wiki, each dish tells a story; and you’re part of it.

But this isn’t just a cooking class. It’s a full cultural exchange. As pots bubble and aromas fill the air, conversations flow, laughter is shared, and bonds are made over food. You’ll leave not just with new recipes, but with memories and new friendships; and maybe even a few kitchen secrets you’ll carry with you for life.
